Do I need to make an appointment?

Yes, it’s best to make an appointment. On occasion we are able to accept walk-ins to fit them into the schedule, but we cannot guarantee that we can see you at that time. Make an appointment by calling or sending a text to 512-396-3020.

Is there a charge for my appointment?

All of our services are free of charge.

Do I need to bring anything with me for my appointment?

The only thing you will need to bring with you is a valid photo ID of some kind (driver’s license, student ID, etc.) if none are available we can still help you.

Are services confidential?

All of our services are confidential and private.

Can I bring a friend?

Yes, you can bring a friend, boyfriend/husband, parent or relative.

If I am a minor do I have a parent come with me?

No, none of the services we provide require parent approval or notification.

What can I expect at my appointment?

We want for every client to have a positive experience during every moment of their appointment at TruChoice Pregnancy Resource Center. We will have some paperwork for you to fill out when you first arrive and have a trained Client Advocate go over your paperwork with you and will be available to answer any questions you may have. A pregnancy test will be performed and your results will be provided during your appointment. We recognize that every client’s needs are different and every situation that they may be experiencing is unique to them, so we will tailor our time with you to best meet your needs and to provide you with answers to questions you may have.

What if I need to rechedule an appointment?

We understand that circumstances come up and sometimes people need to reschedule their appointments. If you would like to reschedule, please let us know 24 hours prior to your appointment if possible.
